397 facilities. One geographic starting point.
The Facility Atlas is Rosetta Web’s geographic backbone: an interactive 397-facility layer paired with the preserved 120-facility Master Network reference map. Use it to locate facilities, alternate names, addresses, and geographic relationships before following the documentary evidence.
Atlas entries establish geographic nodes, not historical relationships by themselves. Materials, contracts, worker populations, shipments, and other network connections are added only when their evidentiary status is explicit.

Rosetta facility pages are released only when enough research exists to support a useful public collection. The private Master Evidence system is not published here, and an appearance in this directory does not by itself establish a historical or exposure relationship.

Additional collections are being organized for Los Alamos, Sandia Albuquerque, Sandia Livermore, the Nevada Test Site, Savannah River, Kansas City, Idaho, and other facilities. Rosetta will not create hundreds of empty facility pages simply to make the network look larger.
Publication rule
Evidence before expansion.
A substantive facility collection becomes public only after its supporting material has been reviewed, its citations checked, and its evidentiary status made clear.
