A shipment reference can establish an important connection, but it does not by itself establish handling, worker contact, exposure, or the full purpose of the transfer. Rosetta preserves those distinctions while joining records that document movement across the complex.

Movement is evidence of connection—not automatically evidence of exposure.

A documented transfer can establish that material or a component moved between two nodes. Additional evidence is required to establish its form at receipt, how it was handled, which workers encountered it, what monitoring occurred, and whether it created an occupational exposure pathway.
