This foundation establishes the public home for event-level evidence. Individual events will be published only when their dates, locations, source records, and evidentiary status can be stated responsibly.

Rosetta distinguishes evidence that an event occurred from evidence identifying the material involved, the workers present, the pathway of potential exposure, the monitoring performed, and any resulting dose or intake. Those are separate historical propositions and must be supported separately.
